About
Hi! I’m Lauren, a practicing artist, ceramicist, and dedicated teacher with a love for hands-on making and sharing knowledge. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Art (Painting) and a Certificate III in Horticulture, and after spending ten years elsewhere, I’ve found my way back to Wagga to launch Dirthouse, a space where clay, creativity, and connection come together.
Dirthouse is more than just a ceramics studio - it’s a space for learning, making, and experimenting. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced maker, a child or an adult, Dirthouse offers a space to explore the art of ceramics through hands-on workshops, classes, school holiday programs and open studio sessions.
With over three years of experience teaching ceramics to both children and adults, I’m excited to continue teaching and sharing my love of clay with the community.
